*A DREAM (ON 16.4.22@ 13 HOURS) TO EXPLAIN Mt 5.6*
I've just woken up from a terrifying dream and I'm to talk on
Matthew 5:6 (KJV) Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
I was in Christian meetings here and there and I came back to this Church to meet a Pastor Colleague preaching. He was preaching powerfully by jumping up and down. For reasons I can't tell, I was made to replace the interpreter for him. I was not as excited as the Pastor was because I was not jumping up and down like him. I only tried to jump a little like him later.
While the message was coming to the end, a trailer carrying a lot of goods came through the congregation slowly. The congregation began to follow the trailer. The Pastor I was interpreting for only mildly called on them to wait yet and hear God. His call was mild in the sense that he too was slowly following the trailer that was passing through the congregation.
It was then I understood after asking about why the scattering (I think in my spirit) that the people have their goods in the trailer. The trailer was going to park and all were following it to that point where it was going to stop.
When I understood, I went back towards the altar, stood still and shouted, "GOD AND MAMMON ARE CALLING. WHOEVER IS FOR GOD SHOULD COME BACK HERE AND HEAR GOD."
Only a handful of persons stood still and looked at me as if wondering what I was talking about. Then I woke up and ran to pray to know the meaning.
I was taught in discipleship to know that nobody can interpret dreams. Both Joseph (Gen. 41:15-16) and Daniel (Dan. 2:26-28) emphatically said that only God can interpret dreams. (You can read my booklet on Simple Bible Approach to Dream Interpretation by clicking http://dreaminterpretations.art.blog/ or order the booklet at N200/per copy to understand more).
I admitted this inability of man to interpret dreams and waited for God to tell me the meaning. You can also pray to know the meaning of this dream, but I was told:
"The hearts of these people in the Church are taken over by Mammon (represented by money). There is hardly anyone serving me: none at all. The few that you saw confused are just getting attention on the matter. Nobody has told them. I want you to tell them. I want you to tell them....."
That dream was to tell me how to speak about
Matthew 5:6 (KJV) Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
What every person is hungry and thirsty for is what he spends more time and energy on.
I met a woman on a mountain where I went to be alone with God and she was bitter that God was not blessing her like she expected. She told me how dedicated she was to the Lord.
I asked just a few questions to test her commitment to God. When do you wake up? How long do you pray? She said that she would spend about one hour praying. What do you do after that? She would cook and do the usual chores. What happens after that? She then goes to the market where she sells secondhand clothes till evening.
I asked why she claims to be serving God. She spends up 90% of her time serving or making money. Unknown to her, she is a servant of Mammon. Many Christians are like that woman.
One kingdom lifestyle is hunger and thirst for righteousness. When hunger and thirst are around, nothing else is important. Esau asked, "What is birthright to me now that I'm dying of hunger?"
David was hungry for God even in the wilderness.
Psalms 63:1
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
It was wonderful. A king could say this? Is thirst not the greatest issue in the desert? Yet for David, thirst for God was the overwhelming thing.
God is weighing things on His own scale. Weigh yourself on that scale right now. Are you a servant of money or a servant of God?
