Is 'work out your own salvation with fear and trembling (Phil. 2:12)' not in the Bible?

Is 'lest ye fall' (Jam. 5:12; 2 Pt. 3:17) not in the Bible?

Did the book of Jer. 3:33 not warn that you can lose your salvation? Did the book of Heb. 6:4-10 not say that you can lose your salvation? Is Heb. 10:38 not enough warning?

Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. Heb. 10:38 (KJV)
