TO MY BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN ON TINUBU INAUGURATION DAY, 29.5.23

Cont'd from the last post last Saturday.

Miracle finished her exams and came that same Saturday evening. What a relieve to have her home. We started wooeing her immediately. Like almost every child in Christian homes, she had her grudges. Parents didn't do this or did that. We listened to her as she made her demands.

God gave us wisdom. There were clothes the church people gave me (be praying for them). We handed them over to her. Her demands were met over 30% on the spot. I assure her that the same God will do the rest. He will. She was happy to go to Church yesterday.

Is there anything too hard for God? Two or three times God had to ask this question:
1. When Sarah laughed at God's insinuation that a baby boy was going to come via her body. She laughed. Maybe she looked at her body and laughed.

Genesis 18:12
Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

She later denied it in v.15. God made that the pattern. When she got pregnant and she began going for anti-natal clinics. Those giving cards laughed. Those arranging them on the seats before seeing the doctor laughed. The other women coming to the clinics laughed. The nurses taking blood pressure laughed. The doctor laughed.

The neighbours laughed. Her enemies laughed. You can imagine what happened after the baby was born. Some came from the neighbouring villages and when they saw the mother and the baby, they laughed. Some must have offered to be helping her carry the baby. They pity a woman of 90 years carrying that healthy growing child. Is anything too hard for God?

God is saying that He has given us a great/famous family. You like this will become great. If you like laugh. It's His decision, not ours. So we only need to keep believing like this family of Abraham.

Hebrews 11:8-12 (KJV)  By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

I will write more on this next time. Only those in the family that really believe, can enter this promises (Gen. 17:14).

Now let me warn you about the event this day. Inauguration of the new President is expected this day in Nigeria. Join us to keep believing that God has given us the new Nigeria. No doubt, but the way into it is not as straight as we wish. This day, Nigeria will nose dive into more darkness. Nigeria will never be the same any more. The battle of the gods has been on and is getting more intense.

Isaiah 9:5
For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire.

Crisis will loom. Riots here and there. Soon another leader will take over and then another leader in line with this truth in Prov. 28:2). It will be a difficult time. It's like war time. God calls it labour pains before the new Nigeria is born.

Why not get us the new Nigeria straight? His ways are not our ways (Is. 55:8-9). It's like asking, why is Satan not put out of the way since? Why did Joseph have to pass through slavery and prison? Why did Jesus suffer all that He did? Why are believers not always empowered to defeat the enemy?

We are only sure of one thing - God or good shall be the final winner over evil.

Matthew 16:18 (KJV)  And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

The gate of Hell shall not prevail. There will always be a fight. The final winner of any fight or war is the real winner. God will win over Nigeria.

Only be ready to suffer  for a while. Let nothing separate you from the love (obedience) to Christ (Rm 8:35-39). As long as we keep believing, no matter how few we are, God will surely give the new Nigeria.

Prayer direction:
1. That we keep our faith and not be shifted by Satan.
2. That we remain determined to occupy (mainly by faith and not by violence) till He comes
3. That His angels protect us, the believers, all through these difficult times.

Does that mean that you don't use wisdom? No. Use wisdom. Hide, if necessary.
