2 Kings 4:4 (KJV)  And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full.

Matthew 5:9 (KJV)  Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Are you a peace maker? It is very easy to know. Only those like Christ can come near that height. You know peace nakers when what is peace for their enemy means death to them. Till you can preach the good news to your killers, you are far from being a peacemaker.

PREACH TO YOUR KILLERS: DIE GALANTLY
How nice and kingdom-like to die like the Master, Jesus Christ! He prayed for those killing Him. They were helping Him translate into the family House (Heaven).

It was the pattern followed by Stephen. He also opened the way for his killers to come to the same family House (Heaven).

There is no better witnessing / evangelism. Even the Centurion who headed the soldiers that crucified Jesus had his eyes opened and he couldn't hide his conviction.

Matthew 27:54
Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

Mark 15:39
And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.

The best way to go home is by carrying souls along. Jesus carried that ex-thief. Stephen must have influenced Saul who became Bro. Paul.

Study Church history and discover that only those who died in the complete faith that they were going home, into Heaven, affected their killers. 

What is the difference between you and the sinners if you too fear death and those helping you to enter the family House?

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS MATTER?

We hear of Peter discussing with those about to kill him. He made one request. "Let me not die like My Master, Jesus. Let my cross be upside down."

They agreed. They must have wondered why he was not running. How can that impression leave them? It's normal to die in fear and to be pleading for mercy.

Even in the Old Testament, the way the three Hebrew children entered the fiery furnace gladly must have opened many spiritual eyes. Daniel was not begging the King for intervention. No wonder the King couldn't be worldly that night. Sleep fled from him. What else do you call that? I think that he began to see.
